Structure and Process

That with four or more members, we can make decisions with a 3/4 majority of those voting, including abstentions. With three or more members, we can make decisions with a 2/3 majority of those voting, including abstentions.

To propose a decision, any co-author can send an email with "PROPOSED DECISION:" as the prefix.

Co-authors vote by replying YES, NO, or ABSTAIN .

When co-authors feel that a matter needs more discussion, they can abstain.

Co-authors will have three days to vote.
